How the repair service works:

Simply select the repair you want which will automatically link you to the payment section. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Once you are through the payment section a screen with our address will appear, simply write our address on a padded envelope send using an insured option as we do not except liability for missing handsets (we recommend you wrap the handset very well using bubble wrap and a box, do not include any accessories we only need your handset.

PLEASE KEEP A NOTE OF YOUR IMEI NUMBER to make it easy for us to track your repair if you have a question about it.
Once we have received your handset we will carry out a full inspection on your device and e-mail you to confirm we have received the handset and the repair you selected is appropriate. We will then carry out the works and return the phone to you via special insured delivery, within 24-48 hours (providing there are no further faults found)

We will send you an e-mail to tell you your handset has been returned to you repaired with the royal mail tracking number.
We are always here for any quires you have with your repair via phone or e-mail.

The longer your iphone, iPod or ipad goes without repair, the more damage the defect can do. So don’t wait. Let us do the worrying and repairing so you can focus on more important things.

Repair policy

By choosing a repair service with us and sending in your iPhone,iPad, iPod, phone or other equipment/device to Clarence William or iPhonerepairshull.co.uk or any of our other repair companies You agree to the following:
I understand that Clarence William or its companies are not responsible for any data being lost from your device during the repair process, the device may need to be software updated at any time during the repair process. Devices require a component repairing/replacing although working when brought in can become none working during the repair procedure due to the delicate nature of these components, we can not and will not be held liable in this event and you the customer, by asking us to proceed, acknowledge the risk. Clarence William or its companies takes no responsibility for damage in the post, if you have not chosen the special delivery service as recommended by us
I agree that Clarence William or its companies can recycle my item if no contact is made by you within 3 months of initial repair (payment date)
We cover the parts we install for 12 months if other parts fail during or after the repair we will not be held responsible.. (Example: if you send it in for a new touch screen and suddenly your earpiece goes faulty we will not be held responsible). Simply contact us via E-mail and return the device and we will investigate the fault, postage will be at your cost.
The warranty period does not apply to units which have suffered or been subjected to undue wear and tear, accidental damage, improper application, and neglect, overloading or water damage, this is because when you drop your handset or get your handset wet it may seem it is only your touch screen that has defected for example, however the water damage can reoccur months later it may have caused main board damage.
We will remove the part we replace and test it on a test unit.
If this part has defected we will happily replace it, however if the part works fine this indicates there is further damage to your main board and we will not be held responsible for this.


All prices are in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT and return delivery charges with in-transit insurance for Mainland UK. The return delivery to you is mainly done by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service but sometimes we may use a commercial courier. Neither party shall benefit from any errors in pricing.

Privacy Policy

We do not store Credit/Debit card details and nor do we share customer details with any third parties.


Any devices diagnosed to be beyond economic repair will be subject to modest diagnostic charge of £10+ any postage paid by us, but this charge will not exceed the amount you have already paid.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These are in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the Jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If you do not agree to any of our terms or conditions please do not choose to have your iphone repaired with Clarence William or its companies.
